Quotehedge are able to offer our clients a full in-house Design & Build Service.

We design and build for many Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Health Authorities, Main contractors and Consultants.

Our design team are happy to be involved on everything from a domestic boiler change through to large-scale domestic and commercial projects. In addition we can also project manage the design and supervision from the initial design brief through the building process up to practical hand-over and completion.

Our Design Team offers the following Services:-

• Provision of a high standard of mechanical services design, specification and calculations for residential and commercial projects 
• Liaison with the Architects, Interior Designers, Planning Supervisors and Health & Safety Advisors
• Carry out full Building and Site Survey.
• Liaison with Utility Service Providers
• All Drawings Provided in AutoCAD format
